METHODS OF PAYMENT:

All orders must be pre-paid. We accept all major credit cards, direct debit cards, & e-checks via PayPal.


SHIPPING:

Orders are processed within 3 days of receipt. Shipping and handling charges are extra, and are based on the weight, size and method of shipment. All items are insured for their retail value. Products will ship within 5-7 business days of processing, unless otherwise agreed. All orders are sent via USPS or UPS.

International orders require additional shipping fees and are sent via air mail. It may not be possible to insure some international orders. Customer is responsible for all customs duties, VAT charges, and similar fees, where applicable. (Please contact us before placing your order.)

Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not necessarily from the time you place your order.

If an item is out of stock Great Spirited Productions will notify the buyer and let them know the due date of the item. Backorders will be shipped at the same rates as regular orders, unless customer requests to cancel backordered items.

INSURANCE AND DAMAGES:

Shipping insurance is available per customer request. If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. Save ALL packing materials and paperwork as this is the only way UPS will reimburse us for the damaged items. If the items have been discarded we cannot credit your order or replace the merchandise without charging for the second shipment. If you notice external damage to the package at the time of delivery, alert the delivery person at that time, and, if possible, have them verify this damage in writing.


RETURNS:

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 5 days of receipt. We will refund the full purchase price of the item returned, but shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip, and you must notify us for return authorization. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of any returned items. You may want to insure your items as we cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your next billing statement. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.


WHOLESALE:

Discounted wholesale prices are available to approved retail businesses only when items are purchased for resale. Please contact us for more information.


PRIVACY POLICY:

All information submitted to Great Spirited Productions is used solely for the purpose of Great Spirited Productions. Names, addresses and such are not sold to other companies. We value your privacy.


SECURITY POLICY

All credit card information submitted to Great Spirited Productions and all personal shopper information is submitted through a secure server. The information is used solely to complete the transaction requested by the consumer. Information is not stored at the Great Spirited Productions site.
